Cancellation

Mila's Beauty Lab has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel or change your order, this must be done within 24 hours by phone, test message or email. If the cancellation is not made within 24 hours, then the client will have to pay 50% of the amount for the lesson or service. Invoices issued before this date must be paid in full. We do not accept cancellations via social media. If you are unable to reach us by phone, please send an email. You will receive confirmation of the cancellation if it is done via email or via a cancellation link. If you do not receive confirmation of this, please contact us to be on the safe side.

Disease

In case of illness during our 24-hour cancellation period, we ignore the agreement if we receive a doctor's note. You are responsible for entering the correct email address and telephone number when making an online booking. If you do not receive a confirmation email after booking online, please check your spam or email me.

Age limit

You must be at least 16 years old to make an appointment. If you are under the age of 16  and would like to make an appointment, the parent/guardian must confirm by email, phone, or show up for the appointment.

You need to arrive at Mila's Beauty Lab in 5 minutes. If you are more than 5 minutes late, you must notify us by email or telephone. We do not accept notifications via social networks or voice messages. If you are unable to reach us by phone, please send an email. If you arrive later than 10 minutes before the appointment, the stylist may not have a perfect appointment and can only work the rest of the time. You will pay 50% of the hour.

Allergies and other

Please make sure you always notify your brow professionals if you have any skin conditions, are taking medications, have allergies, use retinoids, acid peels, or if you are undergoing any laser treatments.

Allegro test can be done free of charge by appointment by phone or here is WhatsApp. Allegro test result within 72 hours.

How the allegro test works - the material you want to make is applied to the wrist, for example, eyebrow paint and see the reaction within 72 hours.

Agreement on procedure

Before the procedure, the client signs a contract-agreement for the procedure between the master and the client.

Payment

Payment for the service is made by cash or sent to a personal bank account.

Education

Training is individual, groups, online. After completing the course and passing the exam, you will receive a Mila Krotova certificate. Training is provided with all the necessary materials except for the brushes that you buy yourself, as you get used to the brushes and work with them and do practice.
